im not yer typical average run of the mill gay fur/guy, there's a lot more goood about me then bad by far and im unlike most common furs and folks. im very direct, up front, honest, blunt, respectful but intolerant of mind games, BS, liars, fakes, players, and no life lazy couch fillers living off of others

heehe. yes i am disabled mentally and get a steady guaranteed fixed income each month, but i still drive, own my own vehicles(yes i own two of them currently and both are legal and on the road) im down to earth, pay my share of expenses and work under table where im able to and find work sense my bills leave me entirely broke each month entirely so unfortunately in my case, i cant provide leisure and luxury spending money. so with me, i can provide and bring to the table an immense amount more then most, except financially. and thats not going to change any time this lifetime. i no longer live with mike and such, im single and seeking for more then some random hookup or fling but also open to it for the right guy/fur.

side note

currently i am seeking for a semi long term to long term room rental for just myself and maybe a dog if allowed. if not itll just be me by myself. i will pay for my own hygene and selfcare and food and such. i am not able to afford more then 150 a month in rent due to fixed income limits and utilities and net must be included. i do not need anything special, i dont need furnature, dont need any tvs or electronic crap. and i do not need to have any special nicely decorated junk filling up the space. im content with a bare room to put my own crap in to live and such. i dont need a big space, but i do need at least a place where i am able to park two vehicles when needed. my big chevy pickup, and my car. i will help around the household with upkeep, some maintenance, and various other things including yard work as well to compensate for the lack of how much im able to provide for rent. again im seeking for a semi long term to long term rental of a space. ranging from a year to multiple years depending how quick im able to pay my backed bills and debts mike had managed to basicaly stick me with as well as past roomates when i lived in jane lew. as for the space i need and want to rent, im not seeking anything fancy nice or even furnished. im content with a simple empty space with outlets, bathroom/shower access and parking for my two vehicles. i dont even need a kitchen access as i can provide my own small cooking stoof for myself. the space i need, it can be an old bedroom, attic space, basement space, even a shed or other space that i am able to keep warm during winters and cooled in summers. im able to provide myself with all i need with what i own and have to live. i do prefurr a place that allows dogs tho but if dogs are not allowed then no prob i am able to accept and do that too. how the space looks mean little to me, as long as im able to keep it warm in the winter and has a few outlets for some light and laptop and such, im content. if kitchen space is limited and kitchen use is limited, i can provide and use my own cooking crap. aka microwave, and toaster and my induction cooker thingy. all of which dont use a huge amount of electric like electric stoves and ovens and such. im cheap and dont like being a finencial burden on anyone at all so im naturally conservitive on utility useage for most things for myself. and often do unplug most of my apliances when not in use or needed and i do turn off my lights in most cases when not in a room or using them. i also provide my own lights as i primarily structly use LED lighting as its much less costly in electric use better lighting brighter for cheaper and more reliable and lasts immensely longer then all other types of lights. my heaters are infred heaters and use much less then those coil and fan type heaters and are also much safer then those coil heaters too. in the past year due to camping out of my truck iv learned and developed very efficient and resorceful and cheap methods of living and stoof so i now also apply these things to where ever i live to both conserve, not cost a lot, and be efficient and yet still enjoy things without the expensive costs
