This user faked the suicide of his Mystic Account, and then used the other accounts to spread word that "she" had died, and in order to encourage sympathy towards his other accounts, and to manipulate people.

The user also falsified and editted screenshots of a supposed event which didnt actually take place, in an attempt to get someone who was onto his/her activities banned.  However the doctored screenshots were found to be fake almost immediatly.

Device Codes, IP Addresses, And even Password Hashes were cross referenced and matched togeather to prove all of these accounts were indeed the same person, on the same devices, even using the same passwords, to take advantage of others.

When given the chance to fess up to the crime, he denied it to the last, and was banned, and less than 60 seconds later created another new account, which was Steven Black, which was banned on sight, followed by the banning of that IP etc.

This user is not to be trusted.

He currently resides at the Norfolk Virginia Naval Station, and GPS pinpoints had him roving in the area between pier 12 and 14.  This was corroborated from several of the accounts.
