Fallout New Vages as a Lv.1 ingnoring all the warnings and went down I-15 into dethclaw central with only a 9mm and a led pipe....got killed by a baby deathclaw
Or in ACVD with no hud atticking my own team mates thinking they were the other team
And there's so much more for dumb things i've did in games

I'm pretty sure any Destiny player can say the same but I once fired a sleeper stimulant shot at a boss in an enclosed room.. suffice it to say, the bullet got its revenge for being fired. xD
I mean.. I knew it bouced off surfaces but still.

flew a helicoptor on arma 3 drunk with the dynamic flight enabled on the server crashed it into my entire ground team causing us to loose the milsim event

Whelp I can think of a few, let me think... First half-life when it came out, before you face the first huge blue monster there was a suit power station before you get to him and I thought to my self "87% suit power....nah! I'm good" I reach him at the tram area recking solders and before I got to the other side to be safe, my stupid self decided to run under him to do so... Needless to say I felt his foot, flying through the air hitting the control room window dabbing
