Sexual Conduct Section

A:  Cub Related Sexual Conduct will not be tollerated, You will recieve a warning!  If you backtalk, ignore, or attempt any form of retribution to the person who warns you, even if it is not a member of staff, you will receive a 24-Hour Ban!  Subsequent violation of this rule will result in a permanent ban!  This is due to child pornography and exploitation laws to which we do not want the site involved with!  This Rules is not open to any interpretation other than that of a direct ruling of DarkXander.

B:  Any form of forced sexual conduct or harrassment will result in a warning and 24-hour ban.  If the conduct is a Role Play and consentual role play by ALL involved parties it will ONLY be tollerated if it occurs in a private room.  Any non-consentual force, rape, harrassment, RP, or other conduct will result in 1 warning, followed by permanent ban.  It will also result in our voluntary cooperation with law enforcement in the circumstance that the victim decides to press charges.

C:  Any RP or other sexual conduct or chat that involves putrid, nasty, scat, sickening, vore, or other such obscene acts must only be conducted within the confines of a private room.  Any use of the public rooms for such will result in 1 warning followed by a ban if there is a subsequent violation.

D:  Any Sexual Conduct that involves violence, roughness, blood, or simular must only take place in the confines of either the Extreme Room, or more preferably a Private Room!  Conducting such actions in any other room including but not limited to the YIFF room will result in a warning, followed by a 6-hour ban for subsequent violations.  More than 2 violations in a short period may result in a permanent ban at the admins discression.

Artwork/Photo/Graphics Section

A:  Cub Related Artwork will only be allowed if it is clean and non-sexual in depiction.  Any Sexual Conduct depicted by Cub artwork is a direct violation of rules and will result in deletion of said artwork, and a warning to the poster.  Subsequent violations will result in either temporary or permanent bans at the admins discression.

B:  Any artwork depicting any putrid actions or scenes including but not limited to Scat, Blood, Vore, Castration, Rape, etc will not be allowed under any circumstances and will result in deletion of said artwork, and a warning to the poster.  Subsequent violations will result in either temporary or permanent bans at the admins discression.

C:  Any artwork depicting any Racism, Hate, Sepremacist, or discriminatory actions, symbols, or other items, Including but not limited to Swastikas, Nazi or Hitler References, Slang terms used for Race or Religious Descrimination, will not be tollerated and will result in 1 warning followed by an instant permanent ban.

Perhaps something like: if you start or take part in a heated grievance or discussion that does not breach site conduct rules but is about a topic that is outside the chat rooms initial purpose. Both participants must take it to a private chat so as not to disturb other users of the chat room.

How about no forced sex, no sex with minors, no sex without proof of consent and sex talk only permitted in private. That way people don't have to question things. It's simple, to the point and can fit in to a comma sentence.

Items that are essentially a Felony, are implied to also be against the rules.
