We are officially on our new Dell R720XD server now. It has 10 TB of space, All but 4 of the drives are SSDs.

| LightBlueBoi: instead of getting 4 SSD's that are faster but way costly than an HHD's you could have got SSHD's which have flash storage built into the HHD which remembers what files are most commonly used and so it remembers those files and then releases them at the speed of a normal SSD. You can get some SSHD's with a warranty of 5 years, from a known seller seagate. |
