FurrTrax has the server power, and is looking to setup our own Virtual world using opensim.
This is something we are looking to collaboratively manage, and we are willing to host regions for other sites as well, and set them up togeather in a grid of furry dedicated areas. As if a version of Second Life dedicated to the furry fandom, where furrys make the rules. And the biggest thing would be, everyone would get free space as long as they could justify its purpose and usage. No more need to pay $1000 for a full featured area of your own.
For those who would wish to host their own region we would also accomidate that, and allow their region to be linked in with ours.
We are looking to first assemble a list of those who would be willing to collaborate on management aspects, creation of starting content for the base regions, and those who want to contribute in other ways.
We have ~200 GB of RAM, and 32 i7 xeon processor cores at our will to do this with, and Tons of SSD storage.

| Charuna: sounds like a good idea. i'm wondering if there if going to be a free full version to play in the browser and is a 3d freeroam that autosaves, so you can go on from where you left off.any way, sounds like a good idea for the furry community, and will there be any sexual stuff that may be put into it which can either be done publically or in a private area? |
