Seasoned the ground beef with Thyme, Oregano, some marinade and seasoned salt and cooked it with sauteed onions and tomato sauce. Pan fried some corn and spinach together, boiled and mashed potatoes with better, milk, sour cream and cheese and topped it all off with a biscuit crust, cheese also included!~

Posted By: Siris @ 01-12-2015 15:54 PM | oops forgot can't hit enter >.< ok take a pork loin pound it out nice and flat then you saute some green apples with cinamon till they just start to turn to mush. mix the apples in with cornbread stuffing, chicken broth, and celery. bake the stuffing a little to help it hold together then lay a good portion along the pork loin. role the loin and tie it off with some butcher's twine and bake it. then take some honey, mapple syrup, garlic, salt, peper, a toutch of ground mustard, a dash of vanilla, bourbon and a table spoon of apple cider vinigar. mix that all together and let it sit and simmer on the stove while the loin bakes. when it's all done slice and drizzle the glaze over top. I like to serve it with a side of bacon boiled green beans.
